The End of God", "The Lost Gospels" BBC TV

Dear friends and to whoever can have access to the UK BBC iPlayer programmes
The following are 2 of the most important, interesting and educational TV programs I have watched recently (they usually keep them available for viewing on demand for one week only:
1) The first is "The End of God" a one hour scientific historical programme that concludes that: Faith is not likely to be negated by science at anytime, as science discusses the HOW the Universe and us are here, where Faith answers the question WHY, which is not part of the sphere of science, to discuss positively or negatively. It goes through a large spectrum of opinions of important scientists, believers and atheists.
2) The second is "The Lost Gospels" as informative and as comprehensive as 90 mins would allow to discuss the history of the Canon of the Holy Bible (what was accepted and what was not from all the books and literature available) and the reasons behind the Church's choice of such books. It also gives a quick summary of the Christological controversy (Divinity/Humanity relationship in Christ) and its history and reasons behind why the Church accepted or rejected teachings. This is a good and fair exposition of this history, worth the 90 mins.
Please pass this email to as many of your friends and Christians to learn what may take them days of reading to grasp from books.
